description: Lustrous black prismatic terminated manganite crystals to just over 3.0 cm in length thick over the top of a flattish matrix. Minor damage, not atypical of these, seen completely in the photographs. In my opinion this is in very fine condition for an old German manganite. Measures 9.5 x 6.0 x 5.0 cm in size overall; sits perfectly for display by itself. An excellent cabinet piece. Neat old label accompanies the specimen.
