Very neat replacement specimen showing crystals of what were once pyrrhotite to just over 3.0 cm in length, these now replaced by brassy crystallized pyrite. Quite aesthetic, these are set on a quartz matrix and the piece measures 6.5 x 4.5 x 4.0 cm overall. Shows nicely all around. There is one smaller crystal grouping in the center that at first appears to be broken but is actually naturally crystallized on top. Shipping weight: 0.23 pounds. Ex Chris & Agatha Galas collection.
