description: Extremely glassy and lustrous colorless translucent yet somewhat gemmy on the terminations crystals of quartz, these exceptionally large for the locality to almost 11.5 cm in height. Perfectly arranged over the top of a matrix with minor pyrite, the specimen is an outstanding condition in very fine and choice. Measures 22.0 x 12.0 x 12.0 cm overall. Displays beautifully on its own and completely crystallized all around. Very fine for this now closed and famous mining district.
