description: Beautiful spiky orange prismatic crystals of quartz to 3.5 cm in length scattered nicely over the front side and top of this 10.5 x 7.0 x 6.0 cm matrix. Lustrous black sphalerite crystals to 2.3 cm present as well. Displays beautifully. Minimal micro-chipping present, almost every one of these orange quartz specimens I have seen show a little minimal micro-chipping. I think this one in excellent condition. Displays beautifully on its own and crystallized all around. These came out one time in the 1990s and have not been seen again. Unique and very beautiful.
