The top side of this 14.0 x 8.5 x 4.0 cm matrix is covered with sparkling colorless gemmy crystals of quartz to 1.3 cm in size. Black crystals of sphalerite to 1.5 cm, these dotted with micro chalcopyrite crystals, are scattered throughout. In very fine condition. Choice cabinet sized example for the species from this old and long closed mining district. Shipping weight: 1.12 pounds. Ex Charles Noll collection.
