Intense deep cherry red gem lustrous scalenohedral crystals of rhodochrosite to 0.6 cm in size across the front of this matrix. Some of the crystals show slight cleaving, very typical of these, this one in much better condition than most. The color is wonderful. Previous label from Pala Properties.
