Schorl with Topaz, Albite
specimen number:
4081640
location:
Shengus, Skardu, Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
description:
Neat combination piece shiny lustrous black terminated crystal of schorl coming off a bed of bladed albite crystals with colorless gemmy crystals of topaz to 1.0 cm in size. This shows all around nicely. There is a fracture that can be seen below on the backside of the schorl crystal, this is natural, the piece is stable, and is not repaired and in my opinion.
Size: 6.5 x 3.0 x 3.0 cm (small-cabinet)
