Sulfur
specimen number:
2023725
location:
San Felipe, Mexicali, Baja California Norte, Mexico
description:
An outstanding colorful gorgeous large cabinet specimen for this locality consisting of a 38.0 x 20.0 x 10.5 cm matrix, the top covered by glistening translucent yellow crystals of native sulfur to 1.0 cm in size. Some damage present is seen, to be expected on a piece of the size with so many delicate crystals, I think in very good condition overall. Good large examples from this locality are not terribly common on the market. Shipping weight: 25 pounds. Ex Chris and Agatha Galas collection.
