Lustrous pink rhombohedral crystals of rhodochrosite averaging 0.4 cm in size across the top of a hematite and quartz crystal matrix. The specimen is in great condition. At one time part of the private collection of John Brottlund, a miner who worked at the Montreal mine and was responsible for most of the specimens recovered. This piece was also displayed at the Denver, 1997 show.
